V. RULES OF USE OF THE PORTAL
(1) Activities that may hinder or destabilize the operation of the portal are unacceptable. If the User is found to have committed such actions, the Administrator has the right to block the Account.

(6) It is unacceptable to post photos and comments on illegal, pornographic, inciting racial, religious, ethnic hatred, or promoting violence.
(7) It is unacceptable for users to place advertising messages without prior Agreement with the Administrator or his designated Subcontractor dealing with this area of activity.
(8) The materials sent by the user go to the Moderator, who approves or rejects them.
(9) the Administrator of the Portal reserves the right to exclude a particular service or material from the content of the portal and other media without giving reasons.
(10) the Administrator of the Portal reserves the right to remove the content referred to in items. 5, 9 and 10.
VII. ACCOUNT BLOCKING
(1) The Administrator reserves the right to block the Account of a User whose actions he considers harmful to the portal or other Users.
(2) the Administrator has the right to block the Account of a User who violates any of the provisions of these Regulations.
(3) The use of words commonly considered abusive is prohibited.
(4) The administrator may block a user’s account in a situation:
– violation by the User of the provisions of the Regulations,
– taking actions by the User to the detriment of other Users or the Administrator,
– posting content or images on the Account that negatively affect the operation of the Service.
VIII. LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
(1) The administrator is committed to providing the highest possible quality of services.
(2) The administrator is not responsible for the lack of access to the portal caused by failures, technical interruptions, interruptions in the services of Internet providers, loss of data or due to acts of God.
(3) The Administrator shall not be liable for disruptions in the functioning of the Service caused by force majeure, equipment failure or unauthorized interference by Users, even if they would result in the loss of data on User Accounts.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) Continued use of the portal is conditional on acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in their entirety as amended.
(2) The Regulations shall enter into force on the date of publication on the Website.
